Stith Appointed to State Board:
Governor Steve Beshear recently reappointed Janet Stith, Director
of the UK Medical Center Library, to another term on the Kentucky State
Advisory Council on Libraries representing institutional libraries.
Created in 1971, the State Advisory Council on Libraries advises
the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives on federal and state library
development issues.
