UK Libraries lost a great friend last
week with the passing of Adalin Wichman.
In addition to her many other honors and accomplishments, she was the
2011 recipient of the UK Libraries Medallion for Intellectual Achievement.
She also served several years on the
Board of the UK Library Associates Executive Committee and as president in
2007.
