Keeneland Association Room dedication set for September 23

Student organizations will be able to reserve the room.
The University of Kentucky community is invited to the dedication of the Keeneland Assocation Room in William T. Young Library. Thanks to a gift from the Keeneland Association, the room has been fitted with updated, modular furniture suitable for flexible seating arrangements, new paint and carpet, a new flat-screen monitor for presentations, and prints of archival photographs of scenes from Keeneland. The goal of the new room design is to provide a space for collaborative learning and discussion.

The program to dedicate the Keeneland Association Room will be held at 4 p.m., September 23, in the Alumni Gallery. After a ribbon cutting a reception will follow in the Alumni Gallery and the Keeneland Association Room will be open for tours. Representatives from UK administration, Student Government, and UK Libraries will participate. Everyone is encouraged to attend the dedication of this important space in Young Library.
