Megan Mummey is president-elect of Kentucky Association of Teachers of History

Megan Mummey, collections management archivist in the Special Collections Research Center, was elected to the Kentucky Association of Teachers of History (KATH) board as president-elect for the 2014-2015 term. She will serve as president for the 2015-2016 term.


KATH emphasizes history by taking an interdisciplinary approach including humanities and the social sciences more broadly.  Members include elementary, middle school, high school, and college and university teachers, as well as administrators and public historians.
