Gordon Hogg retires

Gordon Hogg
Gordon Hogg, Director of the Special Collections Library and Academic Liaison for Russian and Eastern studies, retired March 6. Gordon came to UK Libraries in 1991 after stints at the University of Virginia and Virginia Tech.  He served as Russian/Eastern Studies Bibliographer and Cataloger until 2006. For the past nine years he has been Director of the Special Collections Library. 

Gordon plans to spend his retirement traveling, writing, and continuing to play the snare drum with his Scottish band. For more on Gordon’s long career, see the initial announcement of his retirement.
