Updates improve collaborative study space in Medical Center Library

The Medical Center Library recently received some much-anticipated updates designed to enhance the student learning experience.

The renovation saw the removal of old carpet, with abatement of the underlying tile and installation of new carpet tiles on the main floor and in the computer lab. To create additional group study and collaborative learning space, many journals went to the lower level and shelving was removed. New tables and chairs designed to be more functional for students took the place of outdated furniture.
