programs of the Association of Research Libraries, offers master of library and information students from traditionally underrepresented racial and ethnic minority groups the opportunity to gain practical internship experience in an ARL member library.  Funding for the program is provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and ARL member libraries, with the goal of creating a diverse research library workforce.  Twanna and Raquel bring to 10 the number of CEP interns hosted by UK Libraries.
