Farley signs new book from University Press of Kentucky

In Grounded: The Case for Abolishing the United States Air Force (University Press of Kentucky, 2014), Robert Farley, an assistant professor at UK, argues that America should end the independence of the U.S. Air Force and divide its assets between the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy. Interested readers can attend a free book presentation and signing of Grounded beginning 7 p.m. Monday, March 10, in the William T.
